Goldilocks and the Three Bears
Goldilocks and the Three Bears
Enter a world of wonder at the home of pantomime, as the magical Goldilocks and the Three Bears come to the West End for Christmas! Following last year’s sold-out production of Snow White, for five weeks only the iconic London Palladium will be transformed into a sensational circus, where everything is possible and anything could (and will) happen.
This festive extravaganza is packed with riotous comedy routines, extraordinary special effects, hair-raising stunts, international circus acts and an all-star cast including Paul O’Grady who rejoins Palladium favourites Julian Clary, Paul Zerdin, Nigel Havers and Gary Wilmot alongside Matt Baker, Sophie Isaacs, Janine Duvitski and Lauren Stroud.
Dame Betty Barnum and her daughter Goldilocks’ circus is under threat from an evil rival circus owner and, with the help of their madcap circus friends, they’re battling to rescue their Big Top from ruin. Will they succeed? All seems lost, until three brilliant bears join the gang…
Roll up, roll up to see panto join the circus, and be swept away by a London Palladium spectacular that’s just right at the home of pantomime!

So pleased I got tickets this year, it was well worth the money. All the main stars were brilliant, so funny and lots of innuendos! It was also suitable for children. Such a great atmosphere in the theatre. Hopefully go to the next one.

Ok, we were 2 adults no kids with us! Oh what a joy this show was, I laughed so much my stomach hurt! Julian Clarey and Paul O'Grady were magnificent, their naughty double entendre at every opportunity had the adults in stitches. I loved Nigel Havers, he was naturally funny without knowing it! In fact the whole cast were brilliant. The costumes and the sets were breath taking, it truly was the best pantomime I have ever seen and we will be back next year! Many congratulations to everyone who was involved with this show, outstanding.

So many outstanding performances. I laughed until my face hurt, Julian Clary stole the show, but Gary Wilmot's musical medley was terrific, such a talent. The orchestra did so well to keep up with him, or maybe he kept up with them? Brilliant production, clever animatronics, colourful sets and costumes. I'm booking for next year for sure! Thank you everyone, it was a performance to remember.

I loved it ! Goldilocks and the three bears performing in the big top Circus amongst other stunning acts was highly entertaining. The great cast all worked so hard and it never felt dull considering I saw the show on the final matinee performance of the season . Julian and Clary partnered with Paul O”Grady was always going to be risqué but that kept adults entertained whilst the spectacular costumes ventriloquist magician singing dancing enjoyed by all . Wonderful

The show was excellent the seats were very disappointing - 2 had restricted viewing and were the same price - I felt very sorry for the 2 people on the next 2 seats who probably could not see anything

Brilliant cast. Matt Baker was amazing. Loved Gary Wilmott’s solo of the show tunes. Julian Cleary & Paul O’Grady are a great double act. Paul Zirdin is the best ventriloquist ever. Hope to see them back at the Palladium next panto season.

Went to the pantomime last week, it was fantastic. The costumes were amazing as were the cast. Extremely funny. Although the story was based loosely on Goldilocks and the 3 bears it was easy to follow and completely different. The stage sets and effects were brilliant. I had no idea how talented Matt Baker is. It goes without saying Paul O’Grady and Julian Clary are masters of their own art. The supporting cast were brilliant.

We all thought this was an absolutely fabulous panto which made us laugh so much our sides ached! I took my daughter and 3 grandchildren aged 13, 12 and 10. Anyone going to panto must know that the script and adlibs are full of innuendos so yes, the jokes can be interpreted as rather smutty, but that is what panto has always been about. The cast and the costumes were just brilliant and we can't wait to book again next year.

The parts I could see were really really good, in particular Matt Baker, even though he threw water over me in the second half,, well done all cast especially Matt. However, I paid almost £200.00 for two tickets. The same price as any centre stalls seats with great views. But row B seats 28 and 29 were restricted views and did spoil my enjoyment of the show. I feel that these sears should have been offered at reduced rate. Disappointed at the Palladium.

This is our second year going to the palladium Panto. We paid £100 a seat for two children and two adults. We felt there were to many low quality acts. A lack of any real story and Paul OGrady was funnier when he was himself. The magician and skaters were medium to low quality and wouldn’t have been missed. I’m not sure if this was put together my the same artistic team as last year but I left disappointed, Garry Wilmot and Juliet Clary saved the show from being a one star and a total disappointment. We won’t be going next year, as a year off may be benificial

Not for kids.....the evening was fantastic but I would not advise the evening performance for kids under 10 as we witnessed lots of children fidgeting and sleeping on parents laps or resting heads against parents shoulders. That being said it was a fab performance, slick and professional and very very funny.... husband wasn't fussed when I booked tickets but thoroughly enjoyed it all. I would say it was a tad too long...by about 20 minutes.

This panto was definitely aimed at the adults thanks to the innuendos flying between Paul O'Grady and Julian Clary. The whole production was full of belly laughs from start to finish.....I didn't want it to end

Day trip to London from Leeds for "not just a panto, more a spectacular" is well worth the journey! This is the third Palladium panto I've had the great pleasure to attend and, as always, the performance was terrific with great actors and dialogue, wonderful costumes (especially Julian Clary's) and very clever special effects making for a thoroughly entertaining afternoon. We didn't want it to end - well done to everyone involved and thank you so much.

Never stopped laughing the whole way through this pantomime. What a line up. I only went originally to see Paul O'Grady but the rest of the cast were amazing. The costumes were out of this world and the acts that were part of the show. Well worth the money.

Brilliant, madcap, hilarious fun! Wilmot, Clary, Havers, O'Grady, Baker, Zerdin and Co made us cry with laughter, while the magicians, dancers, roller skaters and motor cyclists made us gasp in awe. The story here is all about the people on the stage and the play between them. We loved it!
