Car Park on Distillery Lane, EH11

There was not space. I lost my money because you haven’t answer my claim

I had booked a space from 9am to 4:30 pm for the next day and when I arrived there was no space to park!!! I had a meeting and I was furious as I had no where to park the car. After trying to call them and staying on the line for more than 15 minutes I gave up, I had no choice to leave the parking area and go and park on the side of the road and pay more that twice what I already had only for couple of hours in the morning. I had to come back in the afternoon to move my car to a difference place again. I was late for my meeting and I was unable to use a service that I had paid for and planned for!! If you cant guarantee a space for your customers you shouldn't sell them a space in advance. You are stealing from them taking their money and not offering them a service!! Worse experience ever!! Dont trust them and dont pay in advance.

Parking spaces easy to find in a good location right next to the station only issue is the Street could be a little bit cleaner.

Handy and reasonably priced city parking. The only reason I've docked a star is because it would be helpful to have a sign on the thoroughfare signalling the parking area.

Parking was perfect and easy to get into the centre of town from there too

Great way to book parking. The booking method is very straight forward and easy. Parked in Distillery Lane, Edinburgh ….. don’t drive a large car here as parking spaces are insanely small. Note: standard satnav will take you through an estate of flats to be met with bollards at a dead end. Stay on the A70 past Throat Punch Coffee on left hand side and Distillery Lane parking clearly signed on left. Barrier code not valid, just push the button!!

Good price and location and easy to use.

The space for each car must be monitored and managed to driver who need to park and go shortly.
