These Terms and Conditions are in addition to Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines’ (FOCL) standard Terms and Conditions which are available here on our website and on request. Both must be read before booking. All offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice, cannot be combined, are subject to availability and cannot be applied retrospectively.Cruise descriptions include optional, chargeable experiences that may be enjoyed independently and/or with optional Fred. Olsen Shore Tours. Shore Tours are subject to availability and service operation. We reserve the right to amend itineraries for operational reasons. Ocean Cruises: Some ports may be at anchor, intermediate days are at sea.
2019/20/21 Fly-Cruise offers: are applicable to new bookings only, made between 09/05/19 and 17/05/19 inclusive, for almost all Fly-Cruise departures from October 2019 onwards, as indicated on FOCL website. Offer excludes charters, exclusive sailings, Tour Operator holidays and cruise D1929, D2004, L2001A, L2001AB, L2001B, L2001BC and L2001C. Offers not combinable with any other offer, including, but not limited to Saver Fares and 3for2 (except Enjoyment Promise). Offers are subject to availability and are capacity controlled.
Free Cashback offer: Free Cashback on selected cruises as shown on our website; amounts vary per cruise. Cashback amount is per person, up to a maximum of two guests per room. Cashback amount shown (up to £550) is based on two guests sharing a twin/double room (up to £275 cashback for single rooms/guests). Cashback is given as on board account credit in sterling, for use during the cruise. This is non-transferable. Unused on board spending credit can be claimed as cash at the end of the cruise only. No unused spend can be claimed after the end of the cruise – all claims must be made before disembarking the ship.
Tips Covered offer: Tips are paid directly to the relevant staff on board; are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Recommended amount for Tips is £5 per person per night (where paid). Offer cannot be combined other offers.
Fred. Olsen Brexit Promise Terms & Conditions: If your Fred. Olsen cruise is cancelled due to reasons directly related to Brexit, the cost of your cruise fare will be refunded, and a voucher for the value of the original cruise fare will be issued to use on a future Fred. Olsen cruise. Applicable to new bookings made from 03/04/19. The Brexit Promise only applies to Passengers who have contracted directly with FOCL and excludes cruises on vessels operated by FOCL but booked through third Party operators. Additional costs will not be refunded including, but not limited to, items such as hotel rooms, car parking, transport and insurance. Once a cruise has been booked and the deposit paid, FOCL also promises that there will be no additional supplements or surcharges directly related to Brexit, on the confirmed price (but this does not apply if the booking is changed at the guest’s request after acceptance of the original booking). The Brexit Promise may be withdrawn for new bookings at any time without notification. In addition, FOCL’s Terms and Conditions apply. E&OE.
