Within one working day of paying for your subscription we will send you a helpful user guide along with your personal account details to your own area of our Learner Management System (LMS), where all 12 courses will be available for you to access.
Your initial payment provides 12 months of continuous access to all the courses purchased. After the initial 12 months we will not auto-resubscribe your subscription. We will be in touch with you prior to your 12-month period ending to discuss payment options for continuing with your subscription, should you wish to do so.
All courses contained in this package are valid for one learner per purchase.
If you have purchased for multiple learners in your organisation, your user guide will show you how to use the LMS to manage who you add to the system, view their progress and much, much more. If someone leaves your organisation, their subscription may be transferred to another member of staff, and you can also add further learners to your subscription package. Non-completed courses cannot be transferred to other learners.
